My music has appeared world wide on countless networks and affiliate stations, and in feature films, including HBO's Sex & the City, NBC's TODAY, The Early Show, PBS Great Performances, The Food Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Martha Stewart, etc, etc, etc. As a partner in Kingsize Music, I won several awards (International Mobius, New York Festivals, Cine-Golden Eagle) for themes to the TODAY Show. I was also instrumental in creating the Kingsize Music Library, which is in use the world over and continues to expand. I was the creative director of the SONY/ATV Spin City Library, currently part of the Getty Images family, and currently am the managing partner of The Organic Music Library - which is truly awesome. Production Music Library
I have become somewhat of an expert in this field and enjoy doing this kind of work. Basically it allows a composer to write in almost any feel or style using certain restrictive parameters (trade secrets!) that make the end product potentially effective in a multitude of usages. Sometimes the same cue will get used by completely alien productions-it's really cool to see where these cuts wind up. Here are a couple of divergent examples.

Here are some advertising and promotional cues. I've done quite a bit of television promotion work; for many years, musically branding the TODAY show was practically a full time job- I was writer or co-writer on several of their major themes and many smaller promotional campaigns.
